I have all my contacts in Ascend 97 but it doesn't run with my new 64bit PC. Is there an upgrade available?

No, because ASCEND 97 is an old application that has been discontinued. It is no longer supported. In order to run it on your computer, you can try to use the Compatibility mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK.
Unfortunately, this program is not compatible with Windows 7 operating systems, but you can try to install and run it on your computer using Windows 7 Compatibility Mode. However, you can't recover your address books if your PC crashed and you replace it with a new one.
